顧客責任：顧客必須提供準確的姓名、聯絡電話及收貨地址。若因資料不全或錯誤導致未能送達或交易作廢，相關損失及重發之運費須由顧客承擔。
退款處理：如貨品因缺貨未能提供，我們將全數退回該貨品之款項至原付款信用卡帳戶。退款程序約需 6 至 8 星期，具體到帳時間視乎發卡銀行處理進度而定。
不設退換：除產品本身有嚴重損壞（不包括輕微線頭、合理範圍內之色差及 1-3cm 尺寸誤差）外，所有特別版貨品不設退換、不設退款。
物流免責：本公司不負責因第三方物流供應商所造成的損毀、失竊或延誤。
修訂權利：本公司保留隨時修改、暫停或取消上述條款之權利而無須另行通知。
最終決定權：如有任何爭議，Orient Fair Development Limited 保留最終決定權及解釋權。

No Cancellation or Amendment: Once an order is submitted, no requests for changes, cancellations, or merging of orders will be accepted. Please ensure all details, including color, size, and personal information, are correct before placing your order.
Discount Exclusion: This special edition product is a designated item and is not eligible for any member discounts, promotional codes, gift vouchers, or point redemption schemes.
Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide an accurate name, contact number, and shipping address. If delivery fails or the transaction is voided due to incomplete or incorrect information, the customer shall bear all resulting losses and any additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
Refund Policy: If an item cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues, a full refund for that item will be issued to the original credit card account. The refund process typically takes 6 to 8 weeks, and the actual posting date is subject to the processing time of the issuing bank.
No Returns or Exchanges: Unless the product has significant manufacturing defects, all special edition items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Significant defects do not include minor loose threads, reasonable color variations from screen displays, or size discrepancies within a 1-3cm range.
