條款及細則:
1. 每個優惠碼只限購買兩張Helinox 戶外椅。
2. 付款方法: 閣下可於訂購網頁直接以Paypal支付中介以港幣支付。
3. 訂單時間: 每個工作天訂單截止時間為中午12時正,以便安排於5個工作天內寄出貨物。中午12時後的訂單視為另一個工作天訂單。
4. 訂單運費: 總額為HK$400或以上的訂單可免運費,如訂單總額少於HK$400則另會收取HK$30運費。付款後系統會有電郵確認通知,訂購之產品會於5個工作天內透過順豐快遞寄出。暫時所有產品只限本地訂購及送貨。
5. 訂單一經確定便不可更改或取消。
6. 貨品短缺:我們是會儘量保持網站內展示資料正確,但假如出現在我們無法控制之情況下的貨品短缺,我們會通知客人並將客人所付之貨款退回客戶之付款戶口內。
7. 貨品規格:網站中展示之材料及規格是以生產商提供之資料為準,我們會盡力保持網站內資訊之準確性。但生產商在實際生產時有機會修改有關之材料或規格,敬請注意。
8. 顏色差異:不同之電腦顯示屏對不同顏色之顯示均有分別;此外,不同之材料之表面紋理對光線之反射亦會有差異而得出不同之拍攝效果。故顧客應明白貨品之實際顏色與在電腦顯示屏之顏色未必百分百相同。
9. 尺碼表:網站中展示之尺碼表是由生產商提供之資料。不同之材料或剪裁均會對製成品之實際尺碼做成差異。
10. 付運:我們會使用順豐速運公司並將運單編號傳給購買者以供追蹤貨運狀態。如遇有公眾假期或大節日時,送貨會有機會延誤。
11. 貨品無法送達:如因客人提供錯誤之收貨人姓名,錯誤或不完整之地址,而令貨品無法送達,我們將之作無法送遞而將訂單取消,並會收取有關之送遞費用及適當之行政費,餘款才會退回客戶之付款戶口。
12. 退換貨品:如因品質問題,顧客可憑購物發票及保持商品完整包裝(附標籤),於十日內辦理退換貨品。所有退換貨品請交回敝公司之總辦事處,請勿將退換貨品交回The Overlander 之零售店,因網店與零售店是獨立運作,零售店不會接收網店之退換貨品。

13. 我們不會為下列貨品提供退換服務:
· i.送貨後超過十日。
· ii.未能提供銷售單據資料。
· iii.已經使用或已洗滌過之貨品。
· iv.包裝破損或不完整,原裝標籤不齊或任何配件不全。
· v.因錯誤安裝或跌撞或貯存失當所引致之損壞。
· vi.不恰當之使用之損壞。
14. 每件貨品只會提供一次退換服務。
15. 如有任何爭議,敝公司保留最後之決定權。
16. 如中文及英文條款有差異,以中文條款為準。
Terms & Conditions:
1. Each promo code can be used to purchase a maximum of 2 Helinox chairs.
2. Payment : We only accept Paypal as the payment media for orders through this site.
3. The daily cut-off time of a working day is 12:00 p.m.. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are considered the next working day. We and our logistics partner will make every effort to deliver within 5 working days.
5. We offer free delivery for purchases HK$400 or above. For orders less than HK$400, a delivery charge of HK$30 shall apply. An order confirmation with courier tracking number will be sent to the customer’s e-mail after payment. The products will be delivered by SF Express. Order and delivery are only limited to Hong Kong.
5. Order cancellation: Once the order is confirmed, no cancellation or changes to the order can be made.
6. Shortage : Products information indicated in the site is for reference only. If there are any situations which are beyond our control and caused a shortage in inventory, we will inform the customer and refund the merchandise value back into the payment account.
7. Product specifications : Product specifications in this site are provided by the manufacturer. Product specifications may be updated by the manufacturer without further notice. Information in this site will be reviewed regularly to ensure accuracy.
8. Colour variations : Colours displayed in different video monitors may varies. On the other hand, different material have different texture that may affect the light reflections and resulting in different photographic results. Please understand that the actual colour of the product may not be absolute the same shown in computer monitor.
9. Size chart : The size chart(s) in this site are provided by the manufacturer. The actual size may vary with the design or material used.
10. Shipping : We are using SF Express for shipment. We will provide the customer a tracking number to check the delivery status. Delivery might be delayed in case of public holidays or other unexcepted events.
11. Failed delivery attempts : The purchased goods may not be delivered to the customer successfully if the information provided is inaccurate. If there is a failed delivery attempt, we will cancel the order and collect an administration charge of 10% of order value. The remaining value will be refunded to the customer through the payment platform.
12. Goods Exchange: If the purchased goods have any defects, please return the product together with the sales invoice to our office within 10 days of receipt of the delivered goods. Goods purchased from this this site can only be returned to our head office but not the retail shops. Our retail shops will not accept return products from web-store sales.

12. The followings cases are not applicable to exchange or return:
· Delivered over 10 days
· Unable to provide any sales invoice
· Used or washed products
· Damaged package, missing hangtags or missing accompanied accessories
· Damage caused by drop and crash, wrong assembly or improper storage
· Improper usage
13. Every ordered product can only be exchanged once.
14. If there are any disputes, we reserve the right for the final decision.
15. If there are any discrepancies between the Chinese & English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
