The Overlander has three-level of membership: Ordinary Member, VIP Member and Gold Member. Each level of member can enjoy different levels of discounts.

Temporary Member can upgrade to Ordinary Member upon any purchase, to enjoy shopping benefits in the next purchase.

If Temporary Member spend over HK$5,001 (discounted value) in a single purchase, member can enjoy a 10% discount on this purchase, and upgraded to VIP Member. (*not applicable for online shop).

If Temporary Member spend over HK$27,001 (discounted value) in a single purchase, member can enjoy a 15% discount on this purchase, and upgraded to Gold Member. (*not applicable for online shop)
Member Discount
Discount varies for different brands. Ordinary Member can enjoy up to 10% off. VIP and Gold Members can enjoy 10% or above discount.
For the opened discount items, an extra 5% discount will be offered to VIP and Gold Members.

Sales Event
The Overlander regularly organizes sales event with different themes for members, so that members can enjoy super discounts.
Highlight items and discounts will be emailed to members (Please make sure you fill in the correct and valid email address in the e-membership App). Information about the discount will also be announced on The Overlander website and social media: www.overlander.com.hk, Facebook, Instagram.
Membership Renewal & Upgrade
Whenever you shop with The Overlander e-membership App, you can earn 1 point for every HK$1 (after discount) of purchase. Shopping points are for membership renewal and upgrade and each point is valid for 4 years .

In order to simplify the log-in/log-out procedure (By using SMS OTP), The Overlander has launched the New Mobile App to improve user experience. Member’s upgrade/renewal/ downgrade mechanism is also modified as the New App becomes effective. According to the current mechanism, membership and points period are both valid for 4 years. Therefore, the points earned before the beginning of the membership period will eventually expire during the 4 years, thus causes confusion to members. To solve this problem, the new mechanism will reset all member’s points to zero whenever the new membership period starts. This will ensure the points in the account will be valid for future upgrade/renewal. |
Rebates
The Overlander members can receive a rebate when shopping with e-membership App. The rebate will be deposited in the e-membership app in the form of redeem balance (valid for 180 days), which can be used in the next purchase.
Lowest price guarantee
The prices of outdoor products often change according to seasons or other factors. In order to protect the rights and interests of our members, we provide members with the lowest price guarantee. If we offer discounts for certain products or during the special week, customers who have purchased those products at a higher price in the previous month can claim the discount difference with the original invoice and a valid e-membership App. The difference will be deposited as rebate in App and valid for 180 days.
E-Nwsletter & Catalog
Latest Information of products, discounts, activities, events, equipment guides etc. will be emailed to member regularly through our E-Newsletter.
