兼職 : HK$70/小時

Assistant Sales Manager (Retail / Wholesales of Outdoor & Casual Clothing)

Job Summary: 

Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the retails stores and managing inventory level and merchandises display for achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth operation.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data, prepare sales reports and forecast demands for the retail stores
• Monitor sales of retail stores and online store, maintain inventory level to fulfill the demands
• Analyze customers data to assess buying behaviors and trends
• Organize promotional campaigns and sales events to drive sales
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Formulate visual merchandising display plans for the retail stores to engage customers and optimize sales.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate retail staff to maintain high level of performance and productivity

Job Requirements:

- Full Time University Graduate or Equivalent (Any Majors) 全日制大學(任何學科) (Part-time degree will not be considered 兼讀課程並不適用)
- Min 3 years of Retailing or Wholesales management experience in Hong Kong in Outdoor Sports, or Casual Wears三年以上在香港之野外用品或便服之批發或零售管理之經驗
- Good English mastering skill 良好英文會話及書寫能力
- Experience in Web Store Management & E-marketing 電子媒介及網店管理經驗
- Experience in Visual Merchandising 店舖陳列之管理經驗
- Passion in outdoor activities 熱愛野外活動
- Willing to travel to USA / Europe / Japan 需往美 / 歐 / 日公幹

(Without any experience of sales management in Hong Kong will not be considered 無香港地區之銷售管理經驗者恕不考慮)

Assistant Purchasing Manager (Brand Manager) / Senior Purchasing Executive

Job Duties:

• Effective communication with vendors to secure the best terms and pricing
• Collaborate with other departments to consolidate purchase order and follow ups
• Stock allotment & stock level setting
• Sample Management
• Conduct price calculation and monthly sales monitoring
• Maintain non-season orders – regular replenishment
• Assist in discounts management (open discount, event highlights)
• Assist in Web-site / Brochure captions preparation for new items evaluation
• Preparing sales Analysis & reports, attending foreign sales meetings when necessary
• New product lines exploration, House Label, Licensing items and SMUs – propose new items and factory sourcing

 

Job Requirements:

• Full Time University Graduate (Any Majors) 全日制大學畢業(任何學科) (Part-time degree will not be considered 兼讀課程並不適用)
• Good English mastering skill 良好英文會話及書寫能力
• Min 3 years experience of Purchasing or sales of Outdoor & Casual Wears in Hong Kong, for candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Purchasing Executive 三年以上在香港之野外或便服之購貨或銷售管理之經驗，如經驗少於三年者，將會考慮為高級採購專員
• Experience in import, wholesales & Retail trades 入口,批發及零售之業務經驗 
• Passion in outdoor activities 熱愛野外活動
• Knowledge in Outdoor & Sports Products 具野外及運動用品之智識
• Willing to travel to USA / Europe / Japan 需往美 / 歐 / 日公車幹

倉務員

職責 : 負責一般倉務工作，包括：理貨、上落貨品、貨品交收、協助出車送貨到各門市分店等相關之事宜

資歷 : 中三程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般英語; 略懂讀寫中文; 略懂讀寫英文; 守時、有責任感、具備團隊合作精神

待遇 : 月薪$16,000, 星期一至五: 上午9時半至下午6時, 每週工作5.5天, 每天工作 8.5 小時, 星期六: 上午9時半至下午1時,長短週形式上班

Job Description:
1.    Generating product information for the website and promotional materials.
2.    The candidate may need to work at external locations to assist with marketing events.
3.    Assisting in organize promotion and sales events, prepare promotion materials for retail stores
4.    Assisting retail manager with visual merchandising and inventory layout of retail stores
5.    Operating in Point-of-Sale (POS) System and prepare various sale reports 
6.    Manage databases and input information, data, and records
7.    Helping different teams and areas of a business with tasks and projects.
